14 Days Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

The FAJA COLOMBIA.CO ensures a satisfactory customer experience, that’s why our return policy is set for 14 days of delivery. You can return or exchange everything within 14 days of delivery for a full Refund or Exchange.

Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours (about 3 days) of receipt), your exchange order will be processed and delivered to you within the next 14 business days. In case of a refund, it will be issued within 3 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 2 to 30 days depending on the credit card’s issuing bank.

Return

The customer is also entitled to Return, in the following cases,

  • Wrong product received by the customer
  • Products have some defects
  • Product damaged in shipping
  • The product has been tampered with.

Refund:

We allow customers to return their order within 14 days’ time. You can process your refund by sending an email to support@fajacolombia.co

Before you process your refund, please read the following guidelines,

  • Must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached
  • If the item is defective or damaged during transit.
  • No refund will be issued if the product is missing its original tags, packaging, damaged, or used too many times by the customer.

Exchange

The customer is also entitled to Exchange, in the following cases,

  • Must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached
  • If the item is defective or damaged during transit.
  • The received item is different than what was ordered.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. Please confirm that we have the item you are looking for.

To process your exchange, we will need your order number, photos of the item, and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential defect.
